Join Serena for a Beginner Friendly Commercial and Hip Hop Dance Class. At No Limits we believe that Dance is for everybody, no matter the size, shape, ability, age or gender identity. For this reason we have a heavy focus on accessibility. Not only are we beginner friendly, we take this to a new level by also being neurodivergent friendly. We take our time to break the moves down and tackle struggle points from different angles to allow for different ways of learning and processing. Dance routines are filmed and posted prior to the class so that attendees know what to expect beforehand. We foster a judgment free environment and build a community of support and celebration of differences as we express ourselves through movement. 📣 please bring trainers to change into.
