Cancellation policy
Due to the small size of this event, deposit payments are not refundable but we will save you a spot for FREE for 7 days. After 7 days you will be asked to send your deposit via online bank transfer. Remaining and final balances can be paid monthly up to 1st May 2026, these following payments are also non-refundable. In the event that you are unable to attend we will do our best to resell your place and if this is possible we will offer a refund to the value of 50% of the total of your payment received at the time of cancellation.
