As summer softens and a new season approaches, join us for a morning of conscious breath and connection — a space to pause, tune in, and reset. We’ll begin with a guided conscious connected breathwork session to still the mind, open the body, and clear internal noise. Because when you slow down and focus on your breath: ✨ Creativity begins to flow ✨ Insights quietly rise to the surface ✨ You reconnect with your body ✨ Limiting thoughts lose their grip There will be a short alchemy sound bowl healing as we lie in shavasana to end the breathwork session. After breathwork, we’ll gather over brunch — incredible nourishing food lovingly made by Root, a chance to recalibrate, integrate and connect. No experience needed — just come as you are. Conscious connected breathwork is a powerful somatic practice. It is not suitable for those who are pregnant, have epilepsy, severe cardiovascular issues, uncontrolled high blood pressure, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or a history of psychosis.
