Come and join Jean for a super nourishing heart-opening cacao ceremony where you will work with 100% ceremonial grade cacao with over 300 nutrients. It's a true superfood! You will embrace our ceremony space and sit in a circle to share this wonderful experience. You will share the ceremony, Kundalini Yoga and meditation and you will finish with a beautiful relaxing sound bath to connect your own vibrations to the vibrations of the healing gong and other beautiful holistic instruments. There will be a short social period at the end to chat and share refreshments. This event is suitable for beginners who are new to Ceremony/Kundalini/Reiki and everyone else too. This ceremony is all about you, sharing space and energy with like-minded women in a circle. Please note this is a female-only event and places are limited to 14. It is advisable to fast for at least 2 hours before your ceremony, this allows the cacao to work more effectively. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start to complete a health form and settle onto your mats. This is your wellness time. Please do not arrive late as the ceremony will have started and the space cannot be disturbed. There will be mats/blankets/cushions, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. You are invited to approach your cacao ceremony with enthusiasm and an open heart however you are encouraged to use care when working with cacao as it is a natural plant medicine. It is your responsibility to declare any pre-existing medical condition. Cacao is not recommended if you have a heart condition, undergoing chemotherapy or have any other severe illness. Cacao can be contraindicated with certain antidepressant medications so please contact Jean with any queries before booking.
