The Men's only Beginners class are for suitable for men who are just starting out with their MELT practice. In the class, clients learn the basic moves of MELT. It is recommended clients attend at least 6 weeks of Beginners classes before joining one of Lisa’s classes. This is only a guideline, but it is a great way to learn how to do the MELT moves.
Cancellation policy
We encourage all clients to cancel their space on GYMcatch if circumstances change and they are unable to attend. All classes are non-refundable and non-transferable within a six week period. If you are unable to attend in person at the last minute and have paid for the class, you will still receive the class recording which is valid for 14 days. Refunds or Exchanges are not given for any classes cancelled less than 6 weeks from the date booked A minimum of a six weeks notice is required for any refund or exchange of classes booked and are at Lisa Hill Balanced Fitness discretion.
