Becky invites you to a sound bath session where we will start with a guided relaxation exercise to settle you into the session and space. She will then play the singing bowls, which are a gentle form of sound healing that promote relaxation through the sounds they emit when played. Each session is a unique experience as the energy you bring may be different on each day you attend. What to bring/wear: water to drink, layers/blankets to keep you warm as your body temp drops during a relaxed state, something comfortable to lie on like yoga mats and blankets, a cushion/pillow for your head and a bolster/rolled up blanket to go under your knees to support lower back pain you may get when lying down. Please wear loose comfortable clothing, you may also find it useful to remove glasses and earrings/jewellery during a session for maximum comfort. Contraindications - people who: have pacemakers, have light-sensitive epilepsy, or are pregnant should contact Becky prior to booking as sound healing may not be suitable for certain conditions.
