As Banchory Yoga turns 4 this week, I'm delighted to offer this special one-off deeply relaxing Friday evening session. We'll ease in with pranayama (breath work) before moving into a creative full body yoga flow. The evening will close in an extended savasana with yoga nidra - a guided meditation that guides you into a state of conscious deep sleep. The perfect way to end a busy week. All welcome!
Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package or by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle or pass used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session.
