Pilates Matwork – 6-Week Progressive Program Block 2nd June - 14th July (NO CLASS Tuesday 21st June) A small-group, mat-only Pilates program designed to build a stronger core, better posture, and full-body stability all in just 50 minutes. Across six weeks, we progressively layer technique, alignment, breathwork, and strength so you feel confident, connected, and more in control of your movement.
