These 4-10 week courses combine the best of Dumbbells, Strength, Conditioning & Balance exercises, Tabata, HiiT or LiiT style adapted for all abilities. We will give options for all levels of fitness so beginners are very welcome. The classes give you a full-body, fat burning, strength building workout that will leave you feeling strong, energised and motivated. There are limited places for each course & these are allocated to current participants & then on a first come, first served basis.
