55 minutes of PIlates in the beautiful gardens of The White Hart, Flitton.
The gardens have plenty of shade and the pub is closed on a Tuesday so sadly no drink/food after but also no audience! If there is rain, we will have use of the hall.
Please bring sunscreen/plenty of water/Mat/Band/block and ball
