New Year Pause is a one-off, deeply nourishing class designed to help you slow down, reset and ease into the year ahead with calm and clarity. This session will include gentle, floor-based movement, guided meditation, breathwork and mindfulness to help release tension, soothe the nervous system and ease feelings of stress or anxiety. The focus is on moving with kindness, creating space in both body and mind, and offering yourself a moment of rest and reflection. Rather than rushing into the New Year, this class invites you to begin softly - reconnecting with yourself, restoring balance, and cultivating a sense of ease, wellbeing and quiet hope for the months ahead. Get ready for soft music, candles, fairy lights and a whole lot of cosiness! Included in your booking is a soothing tea on arrival to help you settle in and unwind. ** Customer Instructions ** 🧘♀️ Please bring along your own mat. 🛏️ Please bring along plenty of cosy blankets and cushions to make your space as snuggly and comforting as possible! 👕 Wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows free movement and doesn’t restrict you. 🦶 No shoes needed. Please bring along some warm, cosy socks! 🧣 Wear warm layers to stay comfortable throughout the session. 🚗 There's no car park at the venue, but you can park on the road outside (if space allows and it's safe). Alternatively, there's a car park on Oak Street, just a minute’s walk away. 💡 Important Reminder: 📋 Please complete the digital PAR-Q form before your first class - this only needs to be done once! If the form isn’t completed, your booking may be cancelled, so it’s important to get that sorted!
