About
Join me this World Mental Health Day for a special Pilates class, dedicated to raising awareness and support for mental health! 🧡100% of the proceeds from this class will be donated to Mind, a leading UK charity that provides essential support and services to those facing mental health challenges. By joining, you’ll not only be supporting your own physical and mental well-being, but you'll also be making a meaningful contribution to help others find the support they need 🙌 Pilates is a non-impact and gentle, yet deceptively challenging workout that promotes a balanced body, a longer, leaner, toned shape, superb posture, a strong core and increased mobility and flexibility. It also increases strength and endurance, improves balance and coordination. ** Customer Instructions ** 🧘♀️ Please bring along your own mat. 🛏️ You’re welcome to bring a towel/pillow/throw blanket to place under your head, knees, or hips during certain exercises. 👕 Wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows free movement and doesn’t restrict you. 🦶 No shoes needed! We typically do the class barefoot or in socks, so no specific footwear is required. 🧣 If necessary, wear warm layers to stay comfortable throughout the session. 🚗 There's no car park at the venue, but you can park on the road outside (if space allows and it's safe). Alternatively, there's a car park on Oak Street, just a minute’s walk away. 💡 Important Reminder: 📋 Please complete the digital PAR-Q form before your first class - this only needs to be done once! If the form isn’t completed, your booking may be cancelled, so it’s important to get that sorted! If you run into any issues or have questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch, and I’ll be happy to help! 🙌
