All equipment is provided, but you may need to bring a mat with you. The class will take place in most weather conditions, we would only cancel in extreme circumstances, and as much notice would be given as possible. All abilities are welcome. Please inform your instructor if this is your first class or you have an injury/medical condition before you start.
