Join us for this one-off special session just for Mums & Miles regulars! We all love running, and I'm sure that we also all appreciate the reality that returning to running (and continuing to run in the long-term) are massively helped by engaging appropriate strength & conditioning work. In this session, we'll explore a range of exercises and routines which can help your body become more stable through your running, more resilient to it's demands and more resistant to injury. For those of you further along your recovery journey, we'll also explore some S&C options that can help your speed and performance. We won't actually run in this session - so if you're in your early postpartum phase then this session will still be appropriate. You're welcome to bring babies / toddlers in a buggy, and you're also welcome to come "hands free" - whatever works best!
