Chair Pilates – Brent Knoll Parish Hall Chair Pilates is still Pilates – just without getting down onto the floor! This 45-minute class uses a chair for support while incorporating many of the same Pilates principles and exercises you know and love. You’ll work on improving core strength, posture, balance, flexibility, mobility, and overall wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment. Perfect for those with knee issues, mobility limitations, balance concerns, beginners, or anyone who simply prefers exercising without floor-based movements. Every Monday Brent Knoll Parish Hall 45 Minutes £8 per class – pay at the door All exercises can be adapted to suit individual abilities. Booking is essential.
