PLUS a luxury wellness goody bag 👌😍 ♡︎ 👋 Booking is Essential. the event will start at 10am and finish around 2.30pm - 90 minute gentle Yoga flow to wake up and nourish the body - Coffee and teas (herbal also) available throughout the day - A wholesome Lunch consisting of fruit platters & Graze boards (olives, breads,cheese,dips & more) ** can be tailored to dietary requirements, please email me** - relaxation time, drink a herbal tea/coffee.. relax - luxury wellness goodie bag - Sound bath to relax & restore , followed by meditation - Complimentary 0% Fizz you do not need to bring your own mat, but you are more than welcome to bring your own. You may wish to bring a blanket/pillow for the sound bath, there will be some you can borrow too.
