Beas Mode as the name would suggest is not for the faint hearted, however it WILL NOT be 3 hours of being beasted! This months session will be a learning experience rather than a competition, giving us more time to focus your efforts with more of a "masterclass" feel to the day And the good news is there will be No running this time! at 9 am we will start off with a mindset talk to get you in the mood! shortly after we will run through the workouts involved and teach the various movements and improve on efficiency. then we will conduct a small circuit where you will get the chance to practice without any pressure or stress of being competitive the workouts will cover 5 main areas of fitness strength workout speed workout bodyweight only workout agility workout cardio specific workout this session is limited to 10 people
