AYESHA CLINIC with MR CHARGE 2.15pm - 3.45pm What you'll learn: Strength building and conditioning prep Safe progressions to achieve Ayesha Progressions for those who get/have their Ayesha Handspring and inverted entry techniques What to wear: Normal pole attire; shorts and plenty of hand grip. What Level: To safely attend this workshop you MUST have a minimum of 6 months recent Pole training experience at Intermediate level. You must have a strong invert to straddle/chopper hold, a strong inverted crucifix hold hands free and a solid butterfly/straddle handstand (with your body against the pole and hands on floor). We also recommend you do NOT attend this workshop if you have any current shoulder pain or range of movement restrictions meaning you cannot fully extend your arm overhead with elbow to the ear. Modifications & variations will be provided to accommodate all abilities. Those with previous Ayesha experience can enjoy harder variations and grip exploration.
