AERIAL CHAINS with MRS CHARGE 2.15pm - 3.45pm What you'll learn: Fun tricks on solo and double chains Spinning shapes and flow techniques Short combo of moves Progressions for those who have previous Aerial Chains experience What to wear: Normal aerial attire. Longer layers will be more comfortable than shorts. What Level: To safely attend this workshop you MUST have a minimum of 6 months recent Aerial or Pole training experience and currently be training at an Intermediate level in either Aerial or Pole. You must also be comfortable getting into and orientating your body in an inverted position on either Aerial apparatus or Pole. We strongly recommend you do NOT attend this workshop if you have any medical conditions that cause easy/excessive bruising. Modifications & variations will be provided to accommodate all abilities. Those with previous Aerial Chains experience can enjoy harder variations.
