Longer layers will be more comfortable than shorts. What Level: Open to all aerialists at High Improvers level and above. You must have previous aerial hoop experience and have at least 6 months regular aerial hoop training experience including being confident linking moves together (the stamina to execute combos). Modifications & variations will be provided to accommodate all abilities. Age: 18+ Cost: £40 for individual workshops or 3 workshops for £100 - £90 if purchased in our Black Friday Sale.
