I'm so excited to be offering these 5 week motivating outdoor sessions at Lydiard Park from Thurs 18th June until Thurs 16th July. * All low to moderate intensity * In these 50 min achievable sessions I'm combining a one mile run (walk absolutely fine) with strength exercises to build stamina, muscle strength and to burn calories. It not about fast or keeping up with anyone because we're in this together and you can do this with my guidance. Running is for everyone and one mile is achievable at your pace. If you have recently finished a Couch to 5K Course these sessions are perfect if you want to run a little faster, & build strength to stay injury free. If you are new to running you have the option to walk & jog at your pace. Completing one mile builds up cardiovascular fitness, stamina, bone density but also leaves you feeling great afterwards. Plus I'II be including a variety of achievable strength exercises for your feet, legs, joints, core and posture. For example squats, lunges, ab crunches and so much more. If you would love to get outside more, meet likeminded women, run a little for fitness or to keep your running stamina then these are the perfect sessions. Plenty of options and modifications will be given along with loads of encouragement.
