ABOUT Join me from next Tuesday 17th for the next three weeks at 5.45pm for my motivating BarreStrength class with all the fab moves at a portable barre and a twist of strength using resistance tubes to hit the upper body BOOOOM 👊 Barre is a mix of Ballet, Pilates & Body Conditioning to target the butt, hips, legs & posture. Barre exercises are all standing and low impact. Barre is designed by me to leave you feeling invigorated and challenged. There will be endless amounts of encouragement with plenty of modifications if you have not exercised for a while. This sessions is for all abilities. It has never been more important for our general health and well being to strengthen our cardiovascular and immune systems to ensure we are in good physical and mental health.
