Once booked I will make contact to confirm your classes for this Week Special priced at just Β£30 for five fantastic classes all designed by me. Each class is designed to make you feel good, step up your fitness and offer variety. If you need a change, are bored of the same old gym classes, fancy trying something new or you need a kickstart in February get booked on. I have designed thousands of exercise classes, plans and sessions for hundreds of women with different needs, goals and fitness levels. The sessions are for all fitness levels, with plenty of options to move at your level. πŸ’œ Tuesday 10th Feb πŸ’₯ 5.45pm Express Barre 30 mins. πŸ‘‰ Barre is a refreshing mix of Ballet, Pilates & Body Conditioning to target the butt, hips, legs & posture. Barre exercises are all standing and low impact. My Barre classes are designed by me to leave you feeling invigorated and challenged. πŸ’₯ 6.15pm Express Core 30 mins. πŸ‘‰ Join me for my creative and motivating Core Circuit class to target your mid section and shoulders. This class is designed for all levels and is low to moderate intensity. Each exercise station is different and 30 - 60 secs with a recovery in between. You’ll use a variety of functional equipment such as a TRX, weighted ball along with body weight moves. πŸ’₯ 6.45pm Pilates & Stretch 50 mins. πŸ‘‰ This 45 minute low impact class combines classic Mat Pilates exercises and deeper stretches to lengthen your muscles, improve posture & joint flexibility whilst relaxing the mind. πŸ’œ Friday 13th Feb πŸ’₯ 7am HIIT & Strength 30 mins. πŸ‘‰ This class gets it done combining high intensity exercise for 10 mins and strength exercises for 10 mins. The perfect mix to move you and raise your heart rate whilst strengthening your muscles. πŸ’œ Saturday 14th Feb πŸ’₯ 9.30am Run, Walk, Strength & Coffee 45 mins. πŸ‘‰ We finish the week with some outdoor exercise combining short jogs (60 secs - 2 mins) or walk if you prefer with body weight exercises using what’s around us. Afterwards we’ll head inside for a coffee and chat. More and more women are looking for a social element when they exercise without being locked in to long co tracts of gym memberships.
