To release away the stagnant parts of the winter and to begin to open up to new, blossoming beginnings. Whilst we move, we will stimulate and awakening the senses through diffusing oils, closing the eyes - using eye pillows where we can, and opening ourselves to the sounds and vibrations provided by Divine Harmony. This will allow you to enjoy the vibrations of the music as we move deeper in the body. An intense opening of the body, through movement and breathing. Into a long savasana allowing stillness through the body to make way for the immense sounds that Kanti creates will leave you feeling high, energised with the flow of chi freely moving through the body, organs and Nadis. A wonderfully sequenced hour and half of Vinyasa Yoga into restorative yoga will also help to move away the stagnant energy from winter and re awaken the body, mind and soul in preparation for the move into the blossoming months of spring feeling refreshed.
