This adult ballet class is for the absolute beginner ballet dancer or for adults returning to ballet after having learnt as a child. We start at the beginning: working on correct posture, basic positions of arms and legs, identifying the correct muscles to move the body and learning how to move in time and to the rhythm of the music. This class is about how your body moves naturally in everyday life and how that natural movement transfers to ballet. Newcomers are welcome at any time! All guests are permitted to sign in no more than 30 minutes before their Adult Dance Class or studio booking.
Cancellation policy
1. If for any reason a class is cancelled or does not go ahead, a refund will be given. 2. Where a teacher is unable to attend their own class they will supply a cover teacher. Refunds will not be given on that basis. 3. Cancellations within 24 hours from class commencement will be charged in full and a refund will not be given. 4. Attendees not arriving for class will be charged at full price and a refund will not be given. 5. Attendees arriving more than 15 minutes late for class will be refused entry. 6. Class bookings are non-transferable.
