DUE to the post storm disruption and the uncertainty of power outages we have to postpone Gra. we have two dates which will be available ASAP oin us for a morning of Fitness and Yoga/Pilates/Breathwork/Chill at the Lakeside Hotel. Fitness delights including Pumped Up Strength - a weights/body conditioning class, core training, classes to chill in and the introduction of Jivamukti Yoga with our special guest.
