Clubbercise® - simple, fun dance fitness routines using glow sticks to club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits taught in a darkened room with disco lights. Because of the high and low impact options Clubbercise dance fitness classes are great for beginners and fitness fans alike. One class burns around 500 calories. Discounts for block bookings of 2, 4, 6, or 8 sessions (please note: bundles include an expiry, please read notes when booking). WHEN BOOKING A PASS, YOU STILL NEED TO BOOK ONTO YOUR CHOSEN DATE, AND USE THE PASS TO PAY. Dance like no one is watching...they aren't!!
