GLOW BEATZ is a group exercise class that uses glow sticks, club-lighting, and banging tunes from the past and present set in a darkened environment. Suitable for all abilities from absolute beginners to fitness fanatics this class is 'exercise in disguise' and will burn between 400-500 calories! Please note: Glow Beatz is an adult-only class for ages 16 years and upwards and is NOT suitable for anyone diagnosed with Photosensitive Epilepsy. *CANCELLATION POLICY* There are NO REFUNDS for the cancellation of classes or missed classes. So if you are booking a class please make sure you check your dates etc first. Once the class is booked there will be no credit, refund, or transfer available.
