PWR Beatz® is a high-intensity fitness workout. The 45-minute HIIT/Functional Fitness workout will tone and strengthen the body alongside the feeling of empowerment! The class is broken down into 3 main components: BURN – HIIT Section BLAST – Functional Fitness/Bodyweight Section BOOST – Core Workout (done on floor but can be adapted) This easy-to-follow class will Burn, Blast & Boost your body, and mind! PWR Beatz uses adaptable exercises to encourage participation from all fitness abilities. This class is not suitable for anyone diagnosed with back or joint problems and anyone who is pregnant. IMPORTANT: Please bring a mat if you wish to complete the BOOST section lying down. NB: Please complete the Waiver and PAR-Q health form when booking your first class. This needs to be completed in order for you to attend your first class with me. If you are a returning customer you will not need to complete the PAR-Q health form again.
