I teach a modified Ashtanga Vinyasa style class with focus on strength, balance, flexibility and core. Using a mix of traditional asanas (physical postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques) the class is suitable for all levels and is ideal for those wishing to build on their physical wellbeing as well as take time out for ‘yourself’. With plenty of options and modifications for each pose, all abilities and experience are catered for. Throughout July and August we take our Wednesday evening Yoga practice OUTSIDE! This dynamic flow class is open to all abilities and experience so please do join us. Vinyasa flow yoga connects the breath to the body through a blend of movement and postures. Ideal for building strength, lengthening the body and bringing stillness to the mind. Classes will be weather permitting, so please do check this event page for any updates if it’s wet!
