BLAST classes are a mixture of HIIT, Strength, Cardiovascular, Speed, Agility, Quickness, Core and Reaction training. A BLAST session is a full body workout combining strength, power, reactions, CV and core using TRX, dumbbells, slam balls, battle ropes, kettlebells, airbike, rower and a light up reaction wall all done to a great soundtrack.
