Join me for this Triggerpoint Pilates session where we'll be using the foam roller, massage balls and Pilates ball to work the 'pregnant core' as well as ease tension and discomfort. This session can be joined at any stage in pregnancy, contact me to have a chat beforehand so ensure it's suitable for you. Unwind, release aches & pains and leave feeling fabulous. I'm trying this class out for 2 weeks at this time then 2 weeks at another time to get feedback to when suits best. These 4 classes will be trial sessions and at a reduced rate. The full session is recorded and you get access to the recorded link for 1 week to repeat/catch-up on.
