💪 Learn to Lift — Strength training for real life. Holymead Juniors in the Hub This is aimed people who want to be able to work with dumbells and Kettlebells safely and effectively. Maybe you have wanted to join Lift Lean or Bells and Bands on Zoom, but felt nervous to try and would like more help. 🏋️‍♀️ Are you curious about lifting weights but worried about injuring yourself or doing it wrong? 🚫 If the gym isnt for you, this could be the answer. If you would you like to get stronger, and build muscle try this! Learn to Lift is a 4-week strength series designed to give you confidence with dumbbells and kettlebells in a supportive, small-group setting. You don't have to attend all 4 sessions, although it would be beneficial. Simon Pickstock will teach you how to lift safely, effectively, and with proper form—so you can train for life, not just for looks. You'll learn key full-body moves and how to tweak them for your body, your goals, and your future self. ✔️ Build strength ✔️ Support your metabolism ✔️ Age better ✔️ Feel empowered. Led by Simon—a PT and group instructor with years of lifting and kettlebell expertise—this class is for beginners or anyone wanting to refine their technique and feel stronger from the inside out. 🗓 Wednesdays starting 30th July to 20th August ⏰ 6.30pm 📍 Local, friendly, no mirrors or machines 🎯 Just you, a pair of weights, a Kettlebell and guidance that actually makes sense. We provide weights. If you have your own, and you would like to bring them, please do. Please bring an exercise mat.
