With its emphasis on proper technique and progressive challenges, the Lift Lean™️ Programme is an empowering approach to fitness that encourages women to lift confidently and consistently, whether it be bodyweight or using equipment. Ways to book 1) PAYG here on the app £7.50 per session or part of your regular class bundle (what's app group, nutritional support and home workouts not included) Or 2) 4 WEEK LIFT LEAN BUNDLE £35 includes, home workouts, what's app support group and basic nutritional guidance and wellbeing support. Purchase your bundle and then book your 4 consecutive sessions. 3) Part of the Unlimited class pass or VIP PASS Please arrive a little early for this session so we can start on time. If you feel unwell, suspect you may have come into contact with any one with covid or have any possible symptoms, please do not come.
