For those that have recently joined Fitsteps or if you would like to brush up on your steps, come and join me for this Saturday morning workshop in Banham. We will walk through the steps before putting them to music. We will learn the basic steps and rhythms for our most popular dance styles. I will also show you the different levels you can work at and how to improve step technique and achieve a better workout.
