In our Christmas marquee, learn about the history of cacao, the physical and spiritual benefits of cacao and how to make ceremonial cacao. Then relax to the sounds of the gongs, Tibetan bowls and grounding percussion instruments and allow Claire to carry you on a meditative journey, easing you into a deeply relaxed state. After the sound bath we will enjoy our ceremonial cacao together with each other and a chance to connect with others. You will also receive a Cacao gift to take home to make your own cacao. Tickets for this event are £20 per person
