Tai Chi for Wellbeing

Tai Chi for Wellbeing with Sheryl (12.30pm - 1.30pm, The Mill E17)

About

I am an experienced Tai Chi for Wellbeing Instructor (CIMSPA-endorsed: Tai Chi Qigong for Wellbeing, Yang Style 18 Harmonies Tai Chi Qi Gong, Exercise to Music Level 2, Older Adults Level 2, Emergency First Aid at Work Level 3, Laban Dance Fitness, Sports England This Girl Can Classes) with 4 weekly classes across 3 community centres in London. Join me for this relaxing and grounding workshop. We will be focusing on health and wellbeing benefits of Tai Chi and learn an accessible, gentle form of ancient Chinese wellbeing art, which combines slow, deep breathing, mindful movement and visualisation for a holistic wellbeing experience. Tai Chi is highly adaptable to all levels. Beginners are welcomed to this class but more experienced learners can easily adapt their level of challenge to get the most out of the exercises, which can also be adapted to be performed seated.
