A Mixed Ability Pilates class designed to help you move and feel better by improving mobility, strength, flexibility and balance. We also focus on simple breathing techniques, and end each session with a 5 minute relaxation to help reduce stress and tension. Why not visit the cafe for delicious coffee & cake or lunch after class! Drop-in available for £11.50 per session Also available to book using the April Class Pass (£38 for unlimited classes) Please bring a yoga mat with you All bookings are non-refundable. If you miss a session you are welcome to attend another face to face session (subject to availability). Bookings can not be transferred to the following month
