Be guided through exercises to heal pelvic floor issues and abdominal separations (diastasis recti). The MUTU System is an award winning program to lose weight, heal and feel great again as a mum, or if you are pregnant to maintain your strength and be in your best alignment for a natural birth. Based on aspects of yoga/pilates/biomechanics and HIIT exercise suitable and beneficial for pre & post natal recovery. The classes are separate from the online MUTU program you can purchase. They follow the program and offer additional information based on how you can improve your alignment and get the most out of the program.
The class is held in St. Andrew's Parish Hall. Please note the entrance is not by the church, but further down Waynflete Street beyond Townsend Mews. Please pass the white brick wall of the building and enter via the side entrance following you way down to the last door on the left, then up the stairs. We do provide mats or you can bring your own to place on top. Please let the teacher know of any particular injuries or goals. There is a small and basic toilet area to change if necessary. The only thing you may want to bring with you is a drink.
