An online practice of movement, breath and self compassion - connect to that beautiful body of yours! A gentle yoga flow, suitable for any level, to connect with the gloriousness that is you. One of the most powerful things about yoga for me, is the way it's helped me connect, and start to love (!) my body 🫶 If you've gone through, or are going through illness, your body can feel dangerous, scary, like a separate entity. If your body has changed shape or size, an injury has changed how things feel, or you've birthed a human, you can feel confusion, disconnect and lots of painful feelings towards that gorgeous body of yours. It will be joyful, may be emotional and will most probably be a bit messy 😂 But let's carve out a bit of time to celebrate you, exactly as you are, my friend 🤗❤️
